How to improve your eye sight?

The eye is not only the most useful but also the most attractive organ of our body. So their safety is also very important. If the eyeglasses are also seen on your beautiful eyes, then the easiest way to get rid of it is - Yoga. This can get rid of the problem of both sight and vision. There are many such asanas in Yoga that will keep your eyesight with you for a long time and if you are currently using glasses then you can get rid of it too.

1-Sarwangasana

In this posture, exercise of all the organs of the body gets together, hence it is called Sarwangasana.

Let's follow the steps given below to do Sarwangasana-

  • Lay flat on the flat ground and place both of your hands in the body side. 
  • Slowly raise both legs. 
  • Keep the whole body straight from the neck making the right angle and place the chin in the chest. Breathe 10 times in this position and then slowly lower the foot.
  • This posture enhances the blood circulation in the muscles around your eyes, which makes the eyes light always good.

2-Tract (Concentric gaze) 

Tract is an action that is done to make eyes clean and empower them. In this verb, the eyes are concentrated on an object-specific. This object may be a flame or a burning candle or a point. It is carried out without sight until the eyes get tired or the water starts flowing in the eye.


Let's follow the steps given below to do Tract-

Preparation

Place a burning candle or lamps at a distance of 2-3 feet. Its flame should be on the length of the eye. Flame must be stable. You can do this exercise on any point or stationary object too.

Technique

  • Sit in a dark room in any focusing position and close your eyes.
  • Open your eyes and gaze with both your eyes and see flame. Continue to gaze without looking in the eye till the eyes get tired or the water flows in them.
  • Now close your eyes and relax.

Remember the following statements

  • When the eyes get tired or the water starts flowing from them, stop gaze and watch.
  • Keep the body stable in practice.
  • Just gaze at the flame.
  • Do not blink and do not flip around the eyes.
  • The subject, which is being focused on the flame, should not be shaking.

Benefits-

  • This practice cleanses the eyes.
  • It improves the appearance of the eyes
  • It monitors memory and concentration.

Limitation-


  • Those who have glaucoma or ankylosis, they should not do traumatic practice.
  • Those who have epilemic disease should not practice with flame.

3-Pranayama 

Many of us are people who work on computers for 10 to 12 hours continuously, so that their eyes gradually begin to drop with them. Pranayam keeps eyesight right for long periods of time.

Let's follow the steps given below to do Pranayama-

  • To do this you must first sit in the pose of meditation. 
  • Keep both of your hands on the knees and keep the back straight. 
  • Now keep your eyes closed and take a long breath and then leave it. 
  • Do this action continuously. 
  • Keep in mind that the atmosphere where you are making this easy.
