Asana-

  • Kati Chakra Asana (5 - 5 Chakra)
    Surya Namaskar (5 Chakras)
    Respiration 15 minutes
    Halasana
  • Pashchimotanasan

  • Respiration for 5 minutes

Pranayama :

Nadisodhan pranayam
Shitali pranayam
Bhramari Pranayam

Kriyaen:

  • Jalneti (1 time a week)
  • Kadalbhati (25 to 50 cycles regular)
  • Vaman (1 time per week)
  • Laghushankh prakshalan (1 time in a month).

  • Yoginidra
  • Soham Sadhana
  • Chanting Gayatri Mantra

Other advice:

  • Maintain regular routine, proper eating habits and regularity of yoga, to stay healthy.
    Make a walk in the morning and evening.
