Agnisar Kriya


There are 13 types of firefighters present in the body of a human being, which work to run the human body smoothly, in which fire is useful for digesting food, fire of 5 ghosts and 1 hunger gastragney. Therefore, those who fire these 13 types of firearms are called 'Agnisar'. This action protects life from the stomach diseases throughout life. It is also called 'Bahnisar' in yoga scriptures.

Agnisser is considered a compound action. The essence of fire (digestion process) is believed to be situated in the navel wall region. The practice of this asana regulates digestion process.

Let's fire up following the steps given below-

  • Sit in any convenient position.
  • Both feet stand open.
  • Put hands on the knees.
  • Put out the breath completely.
  • As long as the stomach muscles are able to keep the breathing out and facilitate, quickly shrink and spread.
  • Now breathing slowly inside.
  • Do this exercise 2-3 times.

Remember the following points-

  • It would be good to practice it completely empty stomach.
  • Keep stomach muscles loose.
  • Do not practice this after meal.
  • Do not put too much emphasis on stomach muscles.

Advantages of Agnisar Kriya:


  • It makes the stomach muscles and muscles strong.
  • It enhances hunger.
  • This reduces constipation.
  • It reduces lethargy and depression.
  • Through this action, all the organs of the stomach get more blood. There are no gastric diseases, liver, intestines, kidney, rectum, and bladder related diseases.
  • Constipation, lack of appetite, and diseases of the digestive system are cured.Practicing this action daily does not lead to stomach disorders.
  • The practice of this action never comes out of the stomach. Obesity seems to go away.
  • This action acts like a Ram-arrow in diabetes and the increased sugar level decreases rapidly.

Precautions:


  • People with high blood pressure, heart disease, peptic ulcer or persistent diarrhea should not do this posture.
