Let's follow the steps given below to do Tadasana-
- Stand straight,feet attached, hand thighs besides. Keep the back straight and watch the front continuously.
- Keeping the arms over the head, parellel palms of one another towards the other.
- Gradually raise the ankles and stand on the claws. Raise the heel up, raise them. The more you can pull up the body, drag it.Stay in this extreme position for a few second
- Come to pre position-
- To return to the earlier stage, first bring the ankles to the ground.
- Gently keep lower the hands besides to thighs and relax.

Remember the following points -
- Touch the ears from your inner side respectively and the hand should be parallel to each other.
